Guest and employees alike, and watching over the operation to ensure a safe work place and a safe and enjoyable guest experience.

Managing an on-premise Laundry
Flow of linens, machines and equipment, chemical and utility influences, staffing  and valet service.

Guestroom Cleaning and Public Area Cleaning
Methodology, supplies and carts, inspection of assigned work, deep cleaning projects.

Carpets, Floors, Beds, Walls, Furniture and Fixtures
Proper selection and proper care methods to ensure the lifespan of expensive capital assets.


Upon successful completion of the exams, you will earn a Certificate from the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute.
