SMART SERVE is the officially recognized training program regarding service of alcoholic beverages. It is designed in accordance with the current liquor laws in the Province of Ontario.

Upon your successful conclusion of the program you will be awarded with the official Smart Serve Certificate Card and Number. Many Foodservice Employers require that their beverage servers have this credential as a condition of employment.

You can take this program in a one-day format at Constellation College.

Our Next Date is  Wednesday May 19, 2010. 

The class starts at 8 am and concludes at 1 pm.  In the last hour of the class you will write a 25 question multiple-choice test.  The tests are sent to Smart Serve Official headquarters for marking.  Students with a score of 80% or higher are awarded the Numbered Smart Serve Certificate Card as evidence of their qualification. Retakes are possible.
