Our College is recognized by Canadian Immigration to accept international students. International education and experience is a great asset for careers in the Hospitality and Tourism sectors worldwide. Graduates find that their Canadian credentials are held in very high esteem in their home country. This allows them to better manage the service of their foreign guests and to be recognized for promotion.
International Students must
1. apply and be accepted to Constellation College AND
2. apply for a Canadian Study Permit in order to get a Visa to enter Canada.
1. To Apply to Constellation College you must submit:
a. Your high school graduation diploma or certificate that indicates a high school level equivalent to Ontario Secondary School Diploma.
b. Your completed International Student Application Form clearly indicating your program and class start date choice.
c. A draft for $500 Canadian Dollars payable to Constellation College of Hospitality. (if you prefer to submit via bank transfer call us for bank information)
d. If previous education was not delivered in English you must also submit Evidence of English proficiency at the Intermediate Level.
2. To Apply for a Canadian Study Permit
a. Go to the Canadian government website, http://www.cic.gc.ca/ and follow the links for Studying. Download the Instruction guide Applying for a Study Permit Outside of Canada IMM 5269 and Application for a Study Permit Made Outside of Canada IMM 1294. Ready carefully all information to understand the process. In general you must:
b. Send the application forms to the address indicated on the site or apply on line. You will be required to submit
- Your Original Official Letter of Acceptance from Constellation College
- Your Original Receipt(s) of payment for school fees.
- Evidence that you are a bona fide or serious student
- Evidence that you can support yourself financially through your duration of study.
c. Further to your written application, you must make an appointment to be interviewed by a government official who may grant or deny your request. Further you will be asked to get

You will need to plan ahead, as the procedure above may take 6 to 10 weeks. Further you will need to give consideration to your travel plans and make arrangements for housing.
